主要对GH4169合金盘件表面存在目视可见晶粒的部位进行了组织分析,并在该部位取样,对带有可见晶粒的试样进行了性能测试,同时分析了盘件表面可见晶粒的形成原因。结果表明,GH4169合金盘件表面局部出现目视可见晶粒是热变形过程中局部出现温度场不均匀造成的,目前所测数据均达到技术标准要求,未显示对力学性能产生明显的有害影响。
