洞庭湖流域抗生素污染及排放源解析

本研究以洞庭湖流域为典型，通过调查典型污染源(畜牧养殖废物/废水和城镇污水)中抗生素的分布，建立了典型流域抗生素排放源清单，通过实际检测数据估算流域内抗生素排放因子和排放量.结果显示，畜牧养殖废物/废水和城镇污水是洞庭湖流域主要的抗生素排放湖，前者以四环素类抗生素为主，总排放因子达363 mg/d/猪；后者则以大环内酯类抗生素最高，总排放因子约36.4 mg/天/千人.
