抗生素作为典型的“down-the-drain chemicals”物质[1]，通过人体和动物代谢后经排水管道进入污水处理厂去除或直接排入自然水体，对水生态环境系统造成威胁。不同季节的光照、降雨等因素使得抗生素在河流水体中迁移转化存在显著的季节性差异；各子流域的河网特点和排污口位置差别，导致抗生素在河段中有不同的空间分布特征。

抗生素是一种新型的环境污染物，未经前端分类的过期或未使用的抗生素进入生活垃圾填埋场中，最终会随着渗滤液进入水环境中，对环境造成严重威胁。“生物处理+MBR+纳滤/反渗透”三段式处理是现阶段我国渗滤液典型处理工艺，所产生的15-30％渗滤液浓缩液呈现出更高的污染物浓度，抗生素最终会在浓缩液中累积。

洞庭湖流域抗生素污染及排放源解析
本研究以洞庭湖流域为典型，通过调查典型污染源(畜牧养殖废物/废水和城镇污水)中抗生素的分布，建立了典型流域抗生素排放源清单，通过实际检测数据估算流域内抗生素排放因子和排放量.结果显示，畜牧养殖废物/废水和城镇污水是洞庭湖流域主要的抗生素排放湖，前者以四环素类抗生素为主，总排放因子达363 mg/d/猪；后者则以大环内酯类抗生素最高，总排放因子约36.4 mg/天/千人.
