Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death both in female and male worldwide.Using array comparative genomic hybridization (array-CGH),we identified a putative oncogene,ZNF322A,in lung cancer. Our clinical study showed that ZNF322A was highly expressed in lung cancer patientsj and ZNF322A overexpression was correlated with poor overall survival in both Caucasian and Taiwanese lung cancer patients.
