Objective The objective of this study was to elucidate whether beta2-GPI and HBsAg interacts with LPS to increase the activation of NF-κB and the expression ofTNF-c, IL-1β and AFP in liver cancer cell SMMC-7721.Methods NF-κB activation was assessed by electrophoretic mobility shift assay in SMMC-7721 HCC cells exposed to various treatments.
