Situs inversus viscerum is a rare disease about autosomal recessive condition in which the organs are all in the opposite side.In this paper, we share the skills of successfully managing for the paitent with situs inversus viscerum merger symptomatic choledocholithiasis.Usually, for choledocholithiasis, sphincterotomy and common bile duct stone removal by ERCP is a minimally invasive treatment,and can be easily done.For some experienced Physician, to take off the stones successfully from patients with situs inversus viscerum would be possible if the patient was careful preparated.
