【摘 要】
:
目的 胚胎期急性严重缺氧可导致新生儿神经发育异常,伴随可持续至成年的运动、认知和/或精神障碍.高海拔(>3500m)低压低氧环境适应对胚胎期缺氧有一定的保护效应,而在中海拔(1500-2000m)低压低氧环境的适应是否也会对胚胎期缺氧有一定的保护效应目前尚不明确.昆明海拔约1900m,氧分压为平原地区的80%,属中海拔地区.
