Objective: To investigate whether antiinflammation of apelin in amelioration of HPAH is through an inhibition of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) pathway.Methods: Mice were exposed in a normobaric hypoxic chamber with a fraction of inspired oxygen (FiO2) of ～10％, or hypoxia combined with apelin application, 23 h/d, continued for 2 weeks.
