  In recent study,SWNHs has a high near-infrared optical absorption capacity,which can effectively convert near-infrared light into heat[1].However,its poor water dispersion and adsorption of plasma proteins limit its practical application.Phycocyanin(PC)is a natural protein that has photodynamic activity on tumor cells.In this study,a protein-functionalized carbon nanotube photothermal reagent PC@SWNHs was prepared using carbon nanomaterials and phycocyanin.In PC@SWNHs,the preformed PC corona effectively improves the water dispersibility of SWNHs and protects it from plasma protein adsorption.PC has good photodynamic activity and overcomes the disadvantage that SWNHs cannot produce reactive oxygen species.SWNHs not only give this hybrid photothermotherapy(PTT)function,but also improve the light stability of the PC.On this basis,the phototherapy effects in vitro and in vivo of PC@SWNHs were studied,and PTT/PDT synergistically inhibited tumor growth.PC@SWNHs can also be used as a PA/TI imaging agent to visualize in vivo treatments.
