替米沙坦对自发性高血压大鼠脑组织AGEs-RAGE表达的影响

  目的:晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs)是一组在蛋白质、脂肪酸或核酸的氨基基团与还原糖的醛基之间发生非酶性糖基化反应所形成的一系列具有高度活性终产物的总称,与其特异性的受体——晚期糖基化终产物受体(RAGE)结合产生细胞毒性作用氧化应激在高血压的发生及发展过程起重要的作用,AGEs-RAGE系统可能通过信号传导产生氧化应激反应,参与高血压靶器官损害的进程。阻断AGEs-RAGE的信号传导系统就可能减少氧化应激反应所致的高血压靶器官损害。探讨替米沙坦对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)脑组织晚期糖基化终产物和晚期糖基化终产物受体(RAGE)表达及氧化应激反应的影响。
