This paper presents a high performance flexible Ag mesh transparent conductive film (TCF) by hybrid printing,as shown in Fig.1,which blading fill silver ink in imprinted grid grooves.The sheet resistance of Ag mesh TCF is less than 0.3 Ω/(□) and its transmittance is excess 85%.The width of Ag grid is less than 3 um and invisible to naked eyes.The surface roughness of Ag mesh TCF is less than 3nm by a nanoparticle polishing process.
