This paper gives the details of leachability and toxicity assessment of chemical sludge generated from textile wastewater treatment plants in India.Chemical sludge is a hazardous waste as per Indian Hazardous Waste (Management and handling) rules.The sludge was stabilized using Ordinary Portland Cement.
