　　Cold flow performance of diesel fuel is the main factor affecting the application of diesel fuel in winter[1].Cold Flow Improver (CH) can lower the cold falter plugging point (CFPP),and improve the cold flow performance of diesel fuel, which improve the production flexibility for diesel fuel and certainly increase the income of oil refineries[2,3,4]In the present work,dibehenyl fumarate(DBF)monomers and dibehenyl fumarate-vinyl acetate(FOV)copolymers are synthesized.
