近年来，铁路站售自制食品成为旅客出行时采购食品和就餐的主要渠道，其销售的食品存在一定的安全隐患，影响到职工家属和广大旅客的身体健康和生命安全。本文分析了我管区铁路站售自制食品安全存在的主要问题，并提出了相关对策建议，为探索和完善铁路站售自制食品的卫生安全管理工作提供参考。
