　　The development of fluorescent tools with high fluorescence quality and efficient targeting is of great importance in immunoassay.Here we report combinational biosynthesis of novel dual-functional phycobiliproteins by fusing streptavidin with phycobiliproteins,which can covalently carry different phycobilins for fluorescence assay and also efficiently target for biotinylated substances.
