　　Objective To investigate the juvenile idiopathic arthritis (joint-less) (JIA) in children with peripheral blood CD4 +CD25 + regulatory T cells and its significance.Methods immunofluorescence labeling antibodies and flow cytometry of 23 cases of children with JIA and 26 cases of child health in peripheral blood CD4 + CD25 +,CD4 + lymphocyte subsets of cells ratio test.
