Objective To explore the mechanism of vascular endothelial growth facto(VEGF) s role in vascular injury of children kawasaki disease(KD).Methods Detected the plasma VEGF in 52 patients with KD at their acute and remission stages and in 28 normal children by ELISA.The KD patients were divided into coronary artery lesion group (CAL) and non-coronary artery lesion group (NCAL).
