Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) ,an infectious bacterium, is known to provoke atrophic gastritis and carcinoma of stomach. The type Ⅳ secretion system expressed in H.pylori is responsible for abnormal immune response, alternation of gene regulation and cytoskeleton which are the primary pathogenic factor for gastric cancer. The other pathogenic proteins maybe have serious effect on the carcinogenic potency of H.pylori including secreting chaperones, urease, vacuolating cytotoxinA (VacA) and so on.Until now, molecular mechanism of these pathogenic proteins jointly participated into the pathogenic process is poorly understood.
