Objective:Therapeutic angiogenesis using adipose derived stem cell (ADSC) represents a novel strategy for severe ischemic diseases.Thromboxane A2 (TxA2), a prostaglandin derivative, is especially important during tissue injury and inflammation.Reports indicated TxA2 receptor (TP) activation can inhibit VEGF-induced angiogenesis.Accordingly, this study aimed to investigate the angiogenic properties of ADSC with TP deficiency in mice.
