　　Background: Excretory-secretory products(ESPs)released by helminthes were well-known to regulate the T cell responses such as Th17/Tregs in infected hosts,however their roles in B cells functions remain obscure.In this study,we systematically investigated the effects of ESPs of EgPSCs(the protoscoleces of Echinococcus granulosus)on the generation of effector subgroups of B and T cells in vitro.
