　　Objective:To investigate the influence of different radiation pattern on radiobiological effects of human poorly differentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE2.Methods:Using colony formation assay to analyze and calculate cell survival fraction,and comparing the cell survival curve and the surviving fraction with single-hit multi-target model and the linear-quadratic model fitting survival curves to different doses, delivery time and dose rates.
