Objective To investigates the expression of miR-2242 in serum of primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC)patients,as well as their clinical significance. Methods The blood samples were collected from 40 patients with PHC,20 patients with chronic hepatitis,20 patients with chronic hepatic cirrhosis and 20 normal subjects. The expression levels of miR-224in the serum were measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Pearsons correlation analysis was used to estimate the relationship between miRNA expression and traumatic injury. The correlations of miR-224 expression to the prognosis were analyzed.
