Microsurgical surgery with high accuracy, clear tissue identification, small damage, high success rate, the current recurrence of tubal more ideal way. In our hospital in March 1986, four cases of tubal ligation after the application of microsurgical techniques for tubal recanalization, and achieved good results. First, the general information: 4 cases were by bilateral tubal ligation, including 3 cases of tubal interrupted resection; 1 case of tubal heart embedding. 2 cases were 2 years after ligation, the other two cases were postoperative
