输卵管结扎手术至今仍是妇女绝育的主要方法,我县学习外地经验,采用输卵管三道单纯结扎法(三道单扎),即每侧输卵管各用1号丝线单纯缝扎三处,每处相距0.3厘米,系膜血管不损伤、不扎入。当时认为这种术式具有操作简单、合并症少、安全可靠、便于做吻合术等优点,故在我县一个乡进行了试点观察,现报告如下。
