Tea polysaccharide (TPS) is one of the most important active ingredients in tea.It shows great significance,in both research and economy due to its active effects in improving human immunity,etc.The ultrasonic-wave-extraction is a method based on the utilization of cavitation,caloric effect and mechanical wave to accelerate the dissolution of TPS.Compared with other Methods,ultrasonic-wave-extraction shows advantages such as fast extraction,low energy consumption and high efficiency.
