　　Objective: To observe the effect of leptin on matrix metalloproteinases-9 and inflammatory Cytokines Expression in atherosclerosis mice.Methods: Twenty-weekold ApoE-gene knockout mice were as the experiment group; Besides , Twenty-week old healthy mice (C57BL/ 6Jmice) were as the normal group.After 14 weeks of high fat feeding,the root of aorta were cut into paraffin sections with routine HE staining to observe atherosclerotic plaque histological features.
