The Dynamic parameters of standard blade are calibrated by dynamic balance testing.The gust in testing environment can bring blow flapping moment and influence the accuracy of calibration for rotor blades, the gust range limit must be conformed in testing environment.A theoretic analysis method, which based on blade element theory and aerodynamic analysis, is proposed on Duffing flapping moment equation with cubic nonlinear item by cut-off to second-order on flapping angle, the unstable chaotic threshold value is analyzed by Melnikov method, and educe that the flapping moment disturbed by gust is steady in dynamic balance testing.
