Aim: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Xihuang Pill reversing tumor immune escape of tumor-bearing mice tumor immune escape.Methods: 4T-1 tumor cell were inoculated into right armpit of BALB/c mouse and randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group, model control group, positive control group (matrine) and Xihuang pill low dose group, midst dose group, high dose group.
