Large quantities of leafy vegetables am consumed while the pesticide multi-residues can be a serious threat to the health of human beings.Maximum residue limits (MRLs) set by many countries are becoming more and more strict.The usual determination methods are to quantify the residues of single component pesticide.It is a tendency to develop a high sensitive,simple,low cost and environment-fiiendly analysis methods of pesticide multi-residues.The applicability of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) in organophosphorus pesticide multi-residue analysis in vegetable samples was investigated.Fortification experiment and orthogonal test [L16(45)]based on the trichlorfon as investigating target were conducted to optimize the extraction procedure in SFE by varying the CO2 flow,extraction oven temperature,outlet temperature and pressure.The best efficiency was achieved at 18mL·min-1,60℃,80℃and 350 bar,respectively.
