Glutathione S-transferases (GSTs,EC 2.5.1.18) are a family of super enzymes with multiple functions,and play a major role in detoxification of endogenous and xenobiotic compounds.In our previous study,we have predicted twenty-three putative cytosolic GSTs in the silkworm genome by bioinformatics method.In this study we cloned and studied the epsilon-class GST gene,GSTe4,from the silkworm,Bombyx mori.We found that the recombinant GSTe4 (Bac-BmGSTe4) was functionally overexpressed in sf9 cell lines,and had effective GST activity.The expression of BmGSTe4 was especially down-regulated after the silkworms were fumigated with or licked phoxim.Moreover,BmGSTe4 overexpression in HEK293 cell lines led to inhibition of apoptosis.Thus,our results showed that BmGSTe4 has GST activity,is sensitive to phoxim,and plays a role in inhibition of apoptosis.

为了有效地防治桑椹小粒型菌核病,笔者进行了不同药剂及方法防治桑椹小粒型菌核病试验.首先采用甲基硫菌灵、多菌灵、百菌清、烯酰·锰锌、木霉菌5种常用杀菌药剂,通过单独施用和交替施用,在桑椹开花期间进行田间药效试验,结果表明:70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂1000倍液、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂800倍液以及二者交替施用对桑椹小粒型菌核病具有很好的防治效果,平均防效在91.48%-99.03%之间,且防效稳定;
