六个不同地域草鱼群体遗传多样性和遗传距离的EST-SNP标记分析

  草鱼广泛分布于中国的不同流域,是中国最重要的养殖品种之一.本研究利用草鱼EST数据库中开发的21个SNP标记位点,采用Snapshot基因分型方法对来自长江和珠江水系6个草鱼群体(石首、监利、洪湖、沅江、内乡、佛山)进行遗传结构分析,结果表明6个草鱼群体的Ne为1.7680~1.8037,Ho为0.5938~0.6305,He为0.4420~0.4443, PIC为0.3241~0.3403,其中监利群体的PIC、Ne和He这3个遗传参数指标最高,分别为0.3403、1.8038和0.4443,而沅江群体这3个遗传参数指标最低,分别为0.3241、1.7680和0.4220.
