　　We evaluated the anti-tumor activities of oral administration of fucoidan from Cladosiphon okamuranus in colon26 tumors mice model.The mice administrated intermediate molecular weight fucoidan (IMWF; 110-138 kD) were significantly suppressed growing the weight of colon 26 tumors.The colon 26 tumor mice models administrated low molecular weight fucoidan (LMWF; 6.5-40 kD) and High molecular weight fucoidan (HMWF; 300-330 kD) were significantly increased the survival time compared with that of the control group.
