前言:虚拟调试技术是近几年在冲压模具行业逐渐兴起的CAE模拟新概念.它主要是利用CAE分析软件,在电脑里再现把坯料制造成零件的过程.虚拟调试从实际出发,综合考虑符合真实状态的工艺参数、模具结构、模面设计以及模具变形等因素,最大限度的逼近实际的生产制造过程.在国内外的许多主机厂和模具厂,工程师们在设计阶段利用虚拟调试技术发现并解决了大量的问题,大幅缩短了模具的调试周期,提高了产品质量.
