　　Protein-protein interactions(PPI)play a vital role in various biological processes.Small-molecule compounds targeting protein-protein interactions can be developed into drug candidates or used as chemical probes for interpreting the molecular mechanisms of relevant pathways.We choose critical protein-protein interactions in apoptosis and autophagy pathways as our molecular targets for drug design.Due to the general features of protein-protein interactions,develop small-molecule PPI regulators is a challenging task.
