Objective: The purpose was to investigate the effects of PDTC,a NF-κB inhibitor,on the expression of receptor activator of NF-κB ligand(RANKL)and osteoprotegerin(OPG)in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated human periodontal ligament stem cells,combining makes sure by which signaling pathway that it rise a function to find a new therapy target for alveolar bone resorption.
