  Bakeground: Structure optimization on tralopyril had developed the first commercial pro-insecticide chlorfenapyr.Phloem-mobile properties were successfully imparted by introducing glucuronic acid core to oxamyl and glucose core to fipronil, respectively.To evaluate the difference of phloem mobility after adding glucose, methyl glucuronate or glucuronic acid moiety to tralopyril, three conjugates containing tralopyril and three pyranoses moieties were designed and synthesized.Their phloem mobility and phytotoxicity to tea shoots were evaluated.Results:Conjugates were prepared to explore structure-phloem mobility relationships at C-6 positions of pyranose.
