Gene therapy is a treatment method through the delivery of gene bounding to a vector and passing into cell.Compared with viral vectors, traditional nonviral vectors have some disadvantages such as low transfection efficiency and stablity.So it is very important to develop some novel vectors which are safety and effeciency.
