Three-layer reflective coaxial fiber bundle displacement sensor for measuring the levitation displacement of the superconducting rotor in the cryogenic instrument is designed and fabricated.The compensated displacement sensor can eliminate the influence caused by the fluctuating power,intrinsic loss,bending loss and external interference.The calibration experiment was carried out to obtain the relationship between the reflective distance and the measured voltage of V2/V1 which provides benchmarks for installation of the sensor in the instrument.The suspension experiment result showed that the displacement sensor can accurately measure the suspension displacement and the resolution achieved 1 μm.
