本研究探討鋯參雜及燒結溫度對鋇鈰釔氧化物之機械性質及導電性之影響,鋇鈰釔氧化物為BaCe0.8-xZrxY0.2O3-δ(X=0,0.2)及燒結溫度為1500～1700℃.比較鋯參雜前後及改變燒結溫度的電解質導電性、材料特性及機械性質之差異,並探討在不同燒結溫度樣品與二氧化碳氣氛處理時間之導電性差異.

水热合成法制备萤石结构固体氧化物燃料电池电解质

固体氧化物燃料电池由阳极、阴极以及介于两者之间的电解质组成。阳极与阴极一般呈现多孔结构，而电解质层则需要非常致密。传统的固体氧化物燃料电池电解质使用氧化钇稳定的氧化锆(YSZ)材料，由于其较好的机械性能及优秀的电化学性能，至今还被大量使用。
