双床变压吸附氢气纯化过程的仿真

工业生产会产生大量富含氢气的废气。变压吸附(PSA)是从来源广泛的富氢工业废气中进行氢气纯化和大规模制取有效途径。本文主要研究含氢多组分气体在不同层状吸附床中变压吸附过程中热效应对动力学特性和穿透特性的影响，基于多物理场耦合软件Comsol 仿真平台，我们建立了活性炭/沸石5A层状吸附床传热和传质特性模型，并将模拟结果与实验结果进行验证。

氢气燃料电池是实现氢能高效利用的有效途径，然而燃料电池供气中氢气纯度要求则是异常苛刻。例如燃料电池对供气中一氧化碳非常敏感，我们要求氢气混合气中一氧化碳的含量必须在10ppm 以下。工业生产的氢气一般含有多种杂质气体，本文研究的重点就是应用变压吸附技术(PSA)提纯高浓度氢气混合气以获得满足燃料电池使用要求的成品气。
