  Objective The aim of this study was to optimize therapeutic parameters for major depressive disorder by means of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) with different locations [the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) by figure-8 coil and the bilateral prefrontal cortex (BPFC) by round coil] and frequencies (5Hz vs 10Hz).
