  Purpose The visual information is usually handled via a fast sequential processing of the Ventral Visual Stream (VVS),then reaches the Anterior Affective System (AAS),which consist of amygdala,temporal lobe and frontal lobe,and last gets back to VVS again after integration in the AAS.It is reported that AAS often has a quick response to strong emotional message stimulation,with rapid interactions from the visual cortex to the amygdale.This paper explored the difference of such rapid interactions between patients and healthy controls.
