A satellite suffers complex vibration loads from the rocket in the launching process.Reduction of the launch-induced dynamical loads of the spacecraft would greatly reduce the risk that the spacecraft and its components be damaged during its ascent into orbits, and would also allow more sensitive equipment to be used in missions[1,2].In this paper, the passive vibration control technology is applied to the satellite using viscoelastic materials. The dynamical analysis method, the numerical simulation by finite element method and the experimental verification are combined to illustrate the efficiency of this isolation system.
