Objective Study the meaning of Endoplasmic reticulum stress related proteins expressed in different types of human anterior lens capsules.Methods: Collected surgery patients anterior lens capsules from December 2014 to March 2015,age-related cataract patients excluding other diseases,(ARC)20 cases,age distribution > 58 years old.cataract patients with diabetes(DC)20 cases,age distribution from 45-55 years old.
