本文探讨了用我国特有资源钒钛生铁生产高铬铸铁屈氏体磨球的可能性,并研究了 Cr/C 比和 Si 对含钒钛的高铬铸铁组织和性能的影响,摸索了用 XMX 孕育剂的孕育效果,并对金属型制球工艺进行了试验.研究结果表明:用微量钒钛元素代替比较昂贵的钼铜元素生产高铬铸铁磨球,可提高磨球的耐磨性能,并降低生产成本.球耗率在33.9~38克/吨水泥范围内,破碎率小于0.18%,无剥皮,无变形,磨损均匀.生产铬钒钛屈氏体磨球要严格控制 Cr/C 比和元素 Si.用 XMX 孕育剂进行炉前处理可提高铬钒钛铸铁的综合机械性能,尤其是冲击韧性有明显的提高.
This article explores the possibility of producing high-chromium cast iron troostite balls by using vanadium-titanium pig iron with its unique resources in our country and studies the effect of Cr / C ratio and Si on the microstructure and properties of vanadium-titanium-containing high chromium cast iron.
