Temperature is a considerable index in biochemistry research on cells thanks to its affectability to the different biochemical events and little studies is full-fledged in this area.It is necessary to understand the regular pattern of cell temperature changing with the purpose of comprehending intriguing biochemical worlds in one cell.We all know that most of the metallic resistance would drift while the surroundings temperature changed and different metal would have different temperature response characteristics, so that pertinent metals would be suitable for the temperature testing.Looking for the optimization methods to achieving cell temperatures, researchers may ought to aiming at superordinary metal-metal combination which called metal thermocouple for its sensitivity, accuracy, size, and biocompatibility.
