　　Huntingtons disease (HD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder of the central nervous system, which is caused by the polyglutamine (polyQ) expansion in huntingtin (Htt) protein.Htt yeast two-hybrid protein B (HYPB/ SETD2) is a histone methyltransferase directly interacting with Htt, and is involved in HD pathology.
