With the development of wind power, photovoltaic and the distributed energy, the energy storage technology will be the optimization trend of the energy system, which can make the grid "smart" through storing, conversing and transferring power.The large-capacity battery energy storage technology has become an important support technology to promote smart grid construction.With high energy and power density ratio, good charge and discharge efficiency and flexible groups, Li-ion battery has become the key of the large capacity storage technology research.However, the single capacity of the cell is too large to produce high temperature during the charging and discharging process, which can induce the unsafe factors, so the lithium ion battery management system must be designed to maintain the battery safety operation and prolong the cycle life of the battery.
