All along natural and synthetic quinoline derivatives have attracted intense interest due to their diverse structural features and remarkable array of biological activities1-4,including anticancer,antiproliferation and anti-inflammation.In addition,as a significant versatile bioactive moiety,many benzimidazole derivatives have shown good antitumor activity.5 Remarkably,the introduction of benzimidazole on some active pharmacal skeleton have been demonstrated to lead to good antitumor activity6.It is thus to expected that the inducing of benzimidazole groups to quinoline core may lead to better antitumor activity.
