To explore the effect of Ginsenoside-Rgl on the expression of the P-glycoprotein(P-gp) in ischemia and reperfusion brain in rats.Focal cerebral ischemia of the SD rats was induced by blocking middle cerebral artery for 90min using the intraluminal filament technique following reperfusion 1d, 3d and 7d.
